Edileen Salicrup
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Partner in Charge of Federal Tax Group, Inc.
Edileen Salicrup is a leading Certified Public Accountant with more than 35 years of experience in the accounting and tax area. She began her career in 1987 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, working for international firms such as Deloitte & Touche, LLP and Arthur Andersen, LLP, where she became a Senior Manager in the tax department. In 1998, he started his private practice, providing specialized tax consulting and advisory services to companies of all sizes in the United States.
In addition to her extensive professional career, Edileen has been an instructor for the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Puerto Rico and has shared her knowledge in finance and taxes through lectures, radio and television. As Partner in Charge of Federal Tax Group, Inc, Edileen continues to assist her clients with a focus on building sustainable businesses in compliance with tax and accounting regulations.

Frank Alvarez Llambias

Frank Alvarez, a healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience, combines his training as a physician in Cuba (2003) and his certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the U.S. This duality in his training gives him a unique and comprehensive perspective of patient care, allowing him for the past two years to provide quality medical care through the All Telehealth telemedicine platform, addressing health needs from multiple angles.
Frank's versatility is evidenced by his ability to perform effectively in both direct patient care settings and in administrative leadership roles.
As General Manager of Noble Medical Group and a key figure in Clínica Familiar La Virgen de Guadalupe, Frank has optimized clinical processes and improved the patient experience. He excels in the use of medical software such as eClinicalWorks, Phreesia and 360 Clinic Management, improving operational efficiency and quality of care through data analysis and evidence-based decision making.
Frank's technical knowledge, combined with his vast clinical experience, his keen administrative vision and his ability to drive innovation, optimize processes and improve efficiency in the management of healthcare enterprises, distinguish him as a professional capable of leading significant transformations in the complex and dynamic world of modern healthcare.
Olber Reyes Garces
Foreign-trained physician, Founder and CEO of Clinica Familiar La Virgen de Guadalupe and All Telehealth.
Dr. Olber Reyes, a Cuban physician and visionary, has transformed healthcare for the Hispanic community in the United States over the past eight years. Founder of La Virgen de Guadalupe Family Clinic in 2016, he has led its growth to 23 branches and two Specialized Medical Centers, expanding access to quality healthcare services, including patients with health insurance.
Under his leadership as CEO, Dr. Reyes has driven the integration of advanced technologies such as eClinicalWorks, 360 Clinic Management and Noble Connect, improving processes and optimizing the patient experience. In addition, he developed specialized software that has significantly increased the operational efficiency of clinics, from appointment scheduling to patient care.
With a vision to empower Hispanic medical professionals, Dr. Reyes inspires innovation in clinic management and expansion, ushering in a new era in culturally sensitive and technologically advanced healthcare. Daniel Sternthal

Daniel Sternthal is a recognized authority on regulatory, business and policy issues related to healthcare. He serves as a strategic advisor to a wide range of healthcare entities (both for-profit and not-for-profit) as they evaluate regulatory, administrative and transactional opportunities and navigate through challenges.
For the past 20 years, Daniel has focused his practice on the healthcare industry, representing providers across the continuum of care, including physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, long-term care facilities, healthcare start-ups, medical device companies and a variety of ancillary service providers in matters involving regulatory, operational and corporate issues.
Daniel is Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction shared by fewer than 80 attorneys in the state. He is an active member of national, state and local health bar associations and holds positions on specialized legal committees. He has chaired health law practice groups and has been an adjunct professor at universities in Houston, teaching courses on legal aspects of health care administration and long-term care.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law. He holds a master's degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a bachelor's degree from McGill University. He currently serves as a Board Certified in Health Law - Texas Board of Legal Specialization at the prestigious law firm of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C.
Dr. Marcial Oquendo
Dr. Marcial Oquendo MD was born and raised in Venezuela. He completed his medical studies at the University of Zulia, in his hometown of Maracaibo. He then moved to the United States, where he worked for 3 years at the Dallas Dermatology Research and Treatment Center, before completing his residency in Pediatrics at Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Since 2016, he has worked as a pediatrician serving the Dallas communities. He is a very active participant in organized medicine, serving as a speaker and frequent guest on local and national news channels. Since 2018, he has served as Medical Director at medical aesthetic centers and specializes in medical lasers and high energy devices. He also currently runs the Clínica Guadalupe Medical Center.
